A carrier's remote measurement tool is already in the file. What it does not have is someone on site, today, with a thermal camera and a mesh of the actual current condition. That is the wedge against EagleView, not resolution.
Distances, areas, and stockpile volumes computed from the model. With ground control points and RTK positioning, the orthomosaic output stands up as a record rather than an impression.
The same flight serves the agent's listing, the adjuster's claim file, the owner's reroof decision, and — on a monthly cadence — the GC's schedule review and the lender's draw inspection. Nobody has to mobilize twice.

With five or more surveyed ground control points and RTK positioning, we deliver 2.1 cm/px ground sample distance with horizontal accuracy typically inside 3 cm. Every dataset ships with its own accuracy report — we state the error rather than hide it.
No. A boundary or ALTA survey must be performed and sealed by a licensed surveyor. Orthomosaic mapping is a documentation and quantity tool, and it is excellent at that. We say so up front because a client who learns the distinction later is a client who stops trusting everything else we told them.
MAP-02 is $1,200 per month per site on a twelve-month term, including flight, processing, archive, and the comparison set. Multi-site portfolios price lower per site — the cost driver is mobilization, not processing.
