Gold Coast · Miami-Dade County

Drone services in Miami and Miami Beach — coming after Collier & Lee

Miami-Dade is the largest concentration of milestone-triggered condo towers in the United States. Buildings three stories and up, within three miles of the coastline, hit their milestone requirement at 25 years — and Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Bal Harbour, Key Biscayne and Brickell are wall-to-wall with stock that crossed that line years ago. We are not booking this market yet — Collier and Lee County come first — but this is why it is next.

Planned expansion, not active service. Miami is a planned expansion market, not an active one. We open the Gold Coast once our Collier/Lee thermal calendar and agent book are full and a 1099 pilot in command is in place — this page describes the opportunity, not a booking we can fly this week.

Airspace

What it takes to fly here legally

Miami International (MIA) anchors a full Class B, and Opa-locka (OPF), Miami Executive (TMB), and Miami Seaplane operations layer on top of it. Large parts of Miami Beach and Brickell sit under grid cells that authorize to 0 ft via LAANC and require a manual FAA airspace authorization with real lead time. We tell you which category your address falls in before you book — not after we arrive.

We check before you book. The LAANC grid is run against your exact address, not your city, and we tell you the authorizable ceiling before you commit to a date.

Service mix

What we mostly fly in Miami

Milestone and SIRS envelope capture for associations and engineers of record, thermal envelope surveys, and independent claim documentation through public adjusters. Luxury listing media in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and Key Biscayne rounds out the mix.

Frequently asked

Flying in Miami

Can I book Miami today?

Not yet. Miami is a planned expansion market — we open the Gold Coast once our Collier/Lee thermal calendar and agent book are full and a 1099 pilot in command is in place. Tell us you're interested and we will reach out when that opens.

What is the airspace situation in Miami?

Miami International (MIA) anchors a full Class B, and Opa-locka (OPF), Miami Executive (TMB), and Miami Seaplane operations layer on top of it. Large parts of Miami Beach and Brickell sit under grid cells that authorize to 0 ft via LAANC and require a manual FAA airspace authorization with real lead time. We tell you which category your address falls in before you book — not after we arrive.

When will you be flying regularly in Miami?

No fixed date. Our sequencing is Collier and Lee County first — every thermal booking and agent relationship there filled — then a 1099 PIC brought on before we open Miami and the rest of the Gold Coast on a regular schedule.
